Each contrast therapy appointment is 30 minutes in length. You may stay in the tubs for as long as you require during your 30 minute appointment block.

How To Book

  1. Open the Fast Twitch App

  2. Click Explore on the bottom of the screen

  3. Then click Private at the top right hand side 

  4. Click New Private

  5. Select the service you wish to book, select day and time and click book.
