To create a space in which individuals can access the most up to date fitness and wellbeing protocols amongst a community of people who prioritise their health and wellbeing.

To offer zero cost information about the current fitness and wellbeing protocols and other scientific tools to the general public so they can make better informed decisions for the health of themselves and loved ones.

Cycles

Our 8 week fitness programming has been scientifically developed to allow you to progress no matter your experience. We base our protocols on fundamental  principles of training which include 

  • Progressive overload

  • All joints through full range of motion

  • Correct application of exercise choice to drive specific adaptations

Fast Twitch classes are written to take the guesswork out of your training and to prevent the dreaded plateauing of results. In fact - here at Fast Twitch we care so much about your improvement that we’ve gone one step better. Our weekly classes have been created using science-backed principles to achieve the three main goals our members have consistently cited as their reasons for joining.

Yoga

At Fast Twitch, our hot yoga studio uses far-infrared panels to bring the same heat to the room that you may expect to experience in our infrared sauna. It is a dry heat that doesn’t raise the ambient temperature of the room in the same way traditional central heating does. This is good for two reasons.

Firstly, by the law of physics we all know that hot air rises upward. In a traditional hot yoga studio, central heating methods are often used and this tends to create a thick, oppressive heat that sits up the top of the room, felt most intensely during the standing postures of the class and when it comes to the seated portion of poses, it’s a lot colder down below. As our studio is heated using lightwave technology, the heat is more evenly distributed, with a lower all round temperature, making it far more comfortable to breathe and move.

Our Yoga Studio offers hot yoga, vinyasa flow, beginner yoga and stretch & mobility classes. Restore your body & feel rejuvenated with our recovery suite, utilising our contrast therapy (ice baths, hot tub), float tank therapy, infrared and steam sauna, red light therapy, compression boots and massage guns and BrainTap.

OUR WHY

To provide you the best possible health and fitness experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. The chase for perfect fitness doesn’t exist, fitness is infinite. The game of ‘chasing excellence’ can’t be categorised into running a certain time, lifting a certain weight or losing 15kg. Chasing Excellence has no end in this infinite journey, the variables are so interchangeable between individuals and groups that there is no definition of ‘winning’ at fitness. Our job is to provide programming and spaces to support that.

The aim of our 8 week cycles is to develop you in a strategic way and our ethos of Fuel, Sweat, Grow, provides that ability. Without reflection we are unable to correct ourselves and achieve the goals we want in life.
