FT Bootcamp

(Tues & Thurs 6 am, Sun 8 am)

A 60 min outdoor boot camp class to keep you fit, motivated and challenged to be your best!

Participants need to meet at the GAZA oval at least 5 minutes prior to start of the bootcamp. If you have a kettlebell and resistance band please bring it along.

Strict rules apply to sanitising and the 1.5 m distancing rule, we’ll keep you safe whilst having a blast!

 

FT STRENGTH AND POWER

(Tues & Thurs 5.30 am, 6.30 am, 7.30 am 5.30 pm)

FT STRENGTH AND POWER improves your overall strength by using compound movements such as squats, bench press, deadlifts. Our programs also include accessory exercises to tone and strengthen the arms, legs and core. FT’s expert staff will make you feel safe, making sure technique and range of motion safe and efficient. Once you have mastered the technique you can begin to add resistance and build strength for life! FT STRENGTH AND POWER is tailored to your ability and experience level so that everyone gets results.

 

FT FITNESS & ENDURANCE

45 MINS (Mon, Wed & Fri, 5.30 am, 6.30 am, 7.30 am, 5:30 pm)

FT FITNESS & ENDURANCE is a high-intensity workout that promises to deliver a killer workout that will dramatically improve your cardiovascular fitness! You will be continually exposed to different workouts every week. All of the FT FITNESS & ENDURANCE classes can be tailored for all fitness levels and scaled accordingly to make the intensity just right for you while enjoying the encouragement of your new Fast Twitch family working out by your side.

 

FT COMBO 

45 MINS (Sat 7 am, 8 am)

FT COMBO mixes FT FITNESS AND ENDURANCE with FT STRENGTH and POWER into one awesome class! There is always something new, whether that be practising or learning new techniques. Don’t be alarmed though, this class is tailored for everyone and aims to make your bank of exercises as big as possible, finishing off with a sweat session with the other members. After some skilled movements and techniques, expect to be put through a 20-35 minute session using some of the movements you just learnt. With Yoga starting at 9:15 am, this is the perfect way to start your Saturday… do an awesome workout in the morning, then relax with a yoga class.

FT 30 AB BLAST

30 MINS (Wed 9.15 am & Sat 9 am)

Fire up your core in 30 minutes with specific exercises that target your abdominals, obliques, glutes, and back muscles, to give you amazing mid-Section strength and stability. All strength begins with your core.   Enjoy the burn!

FT Mobility Worx

45 mins (Tues, Wed, 6.30pm; Wed, Fri, 10am, & Sat 9.45am)

Mobility Worx incorporates techniques from Stretch Therapy, Stick Mobility and Yoga to create a very effective mobility program to improve your range of movement

The program benefits fascial remodelling, strengthening end range and neural re-patterning.  You’ll be moving better than ever!

FT YOGA

45 mins (Beginner: Mon 6.30pm; Intermediate: Sat 8am)

Beginner flexibility is the perfect class for improving muscle pliability and suppleness.

Intermediate flexibility creates joint stabilization, tone & integrates bodyweight movement to further improve flexibility.

Relaxation included in both classes!
